SDCC 2015: Who Won?-Movies

Today we will analyze who won San Diego Comic-Con 2015 in the movie category!

Let’s go!

Warner Bros. (DC Comics)

DC was talking about their Justice League future which was really cool and awesome! They also announced the new title for the Green Lantern movie called, “Green Lantern Corps” which will come out in 2020. They also showed off amazing trailer such as the first Teaser for the Suicide Squad and was one awesome teaser. Check it out yourself.

Then what Warner Bros. showed off next was amazing! It was a dream come true for every comic book fan. They showed us a 2nd trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and it was amazing! Take a look!

DC/ Warner Bros. had an amazing showing! But could their competitor beat them?

20th Century Fox(X-Men, F4, Deadpool)

Fox had an awesome showing as well giving us the teaser trailer for the Deadpool movie which was the best thing ever! They also showed the people at Comic-Con a clip of Hugh Jackman’s first audition as the iconic Wolverine (we will miss you by the way) since his last film will be in 2017’s Wolverine. We got an X-Men: Apocalypse trailer that was a good trailer, but not mind blowing nor as awesome as the Deadpool and Suicide Squad teasers.

The new and last Fantastic Four trailers came out! It was a good trailer that makes me want to watch the movie, but not run to the movie theatre and see it. I don’t get the hate this movie is getting. Sound off in the comments on why you hatin’ and I will fight you.

Marvel sadly wasn’t there at the convention, but that’s okay because we still had an amazing year for comic book movies. Anyway, it’s time to announce the winner. And the winner is…

Winner: Warner Bros. (DC Comics)

The Batman v Superman trailer blew everything and everyone out of the water. Sure the Deadpool trailer was awesome, but BvS:DoJ was much better. And they showed off the teaser for the Suicide Squad!  X-Men: Apocalypse teaser was a bit disappointing while Fantastic Four was good.

Do you agree? Do you disagree? Let’s have a conversation on why you might not like the Fantastic Four film. Next I will do TV Shows which will be with Marvel Comics(Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, etc.), DC Comics (The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, etc.), Image (Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead). If you haven’t seen mine coverage on who won in the comics department, check it out. For more comic book news and winners from Comic-Con stick to Comic Booger.
